This Privacy Policy explains how AKSIRO PDOO, trading as Axiro (“Axiro”, “we”, “us”, “our”), collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit our website or use the Founder Reality Check. 1. Information we collect

We collect the following information, mostly provided directly by you when you complete the assessment or contact us:

• Identifying details — your name, email address, and (if you choose to provide it) your phone number.
• Business details — your business name, industry, approximate size, and similar context you enter.
• Assessment responses — the answers and self-ratings you provide during the Founder Reality Check, which we use to generate your report.
• Transaction information — when you purchase, our merchant of record (Paddle) processes your payment and shares limited order data with us (such as your name, email, country, and order reference). We do not receive or store your full card details.
• Usage and device data — information collected automatically through analytics and cookies, such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you interact with the site.
• Communications — the content of messages you send us and your email engagement (for example, whether emails are opened).

2. How we use your information

• To generate and deliver your report, and to provide customer support.
• To process your purchase and send you receipts and order-related emails (via our merchant of record).
• To send you follow-up and marketing emails about the Product and related services, where you have not opted out. You can unsubscribe from these at any time using the link in any such email.
• To understand and improve our website, the assessment, and our products (including aggregated analysis of responses).
• To keep records, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with our legal obligations.

Legal bases (for EU/UK users)

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (to deliver the report you purchased); legitimate interests (to operate, secure, and improve our business and analytics); consent (for marketing emails and non-essential cookies, which you can withdraw at any time); and legal obligation (such as tax and record-keeping).

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Product, including:

• Paddle — our merchant of record, who processes payments, taxes, and refunds. See Paddle’s Privacy Policy.
• Google — we use Google Sheets and Google Apps Script to store assessment data and generate reports, and Google Analytics to measure website usage.
• Meta — we use the Meta Pixel to measure advertising performance.
• Email delivery providers — to send your report and our emails.

We may also disclose information where required by law, or in connection with a business sale or reorganisation.

4. International transfers

Because our providers operate globally, your information may be processed outside your country, including in the United States and the European Economic Area. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for these transfers.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the Product, support you, meet our legal and tax obligations, and for our legitimate business records. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email us at info@axiro.cc. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

7. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality, analytics (Google Analytics), and advertising measurement (Meta Pixel). You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking some cookies may affect how the site works.

8. Children

The Product is intended for business owners and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above when we do, and significant changes will be made clear on this page.
