Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to your purchase of the Founder Reality Check from AKSIRO PDOO, trading as Axiro (“Axiro”, “we”, “us”, “our”). It forms part of our Terms of Service. Our payments and refunds are handled by our merchant of record, Paddle, and Paddle’s buyer terms also apply.

1. The nature of the product

The Founder Reality Check is digital content. After you complete the assessment and your payment is confirmed, your personalised report is generated and delivered to you immediately by email. Because the report is created and delivered to you at once, it is treated as consumed on delivery.

At checkout you agree that the report will be generated and made available to you immediately, and you acknowledge that — once it has been delivered — the purchase is generally non-refundable, except as set out below and as required by law.

2. When we will provide a refund

We want you to receive what you paid for. We will issue a full refund where:

You were charged but your report was not delivered, and we are unable to deliver it to you; or
A technical fault on our side prevented the report from being generated correctly and we cannot fix it; or
You were charged in error or charged more than once for the same order; or
The report is materially not as described on this website.

If you contact us before your report has been generated and delivered, you can cancel for a full refund.

3. Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect the consumer rights you have under the law of your country, which we always honour. For example:

UK and EU consumers normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a digital purchase. This right does not apply once you have started to access digital content that was supplied immediately, where you gave consent and acknowledged the loss of that right at checkout.
Australian consumers are entitled to remedies under the Australian Consumer Law where a product is faulty, not as described, or does not do what it is meant to do — these rights cannot be excluded.

4. Goodwill

Even outside the situations above, if you are unhappy with your purchase, please get in touch — we review reasonable requests in good faith and on a case-by-case basis.

5. How to request a refund

The fastest route is through our merchant of record, Paddle, who issues all refunds on our behalf:

Visit Paddle buyer support at paddle.net and use the order reference from your purchase receipt; or
Email us at info@axiro.cc with your order details and the reason for your request, and we will arrange it.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, normally within 14 days of approval. Refunds will not be issued where there is evidence of fraud or refund abuse.
