These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your purchase and use of the Founder Reality Check and any related products or content provided by AKSIRO PDOO, trading as Axiro (“Axiro”, “we”, “us”, “our”), registered at Chedomir Kantardziev 3, 1000 Skopje, Macedonia. By purchasing or using the Founder Reality Check you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not complete a purchase.
The Founder Reality Check (the “Product”) is an online diagnostic assessment. You answer a set of structured questions about yourself and your business, and we generate an automated written report that analyses how dependent your business is on you personally — your dominant pattern, your weakest area, and a focused set of recommendations. The report is delivered to you electronically, by email, as a one-time digital purchase.
The Product is sold for the price displayed at checkout (currently US$149), inclusive of any taxes that the merchant of record is required to add for your location. Pricing may change from time to time; the price shown to you at the point of purchase is the price that applies to your order.
Our order process and payments are handled by our merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”). When you buy the Product, Paddle is the seller of record for that transaction. Paddle handles the payment, applicable sales tax / VAT / GST, billing, and the issuing of any refunds, and the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms apply to the transaction in addition to these Terms.
We do not receive or store your full card details. For any billing question, receipt, or payment dispute you can contact Paddle’s buyer support directly at paddle.net, or contact us and we will help.
The report is generated and delivered automatically after your assessment is completed and payment is confirmed, normally within a few minutes, to the email address you provide. It is your responsibility to give us a valid email address and to check your spam or junk folder if the report does not arrive. If you do not receive your report, contact us and we will re-send it or resolve the issue.
Because the Product is digital content delivered to you immediately, our refund terms are set out in full on our Refund Policy page, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms removes any statutory consumer rights you have under the law of your country.
The Product and your report are licensed to you for your own personal and internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or commercially exploit the Product or the report, or attempt to copy, reverse engineer, or interfere with the assessment or our systems. You agree to provide accurate information when completing the assessment.
The Founder Reality Check is a diagnostic and educational tool. It is based on the information you provide and is not financial, legal, tax, investment, or other professional advice, and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your circumstances.
We make no guarantee of any particular result, outcome, valuation, or business improvement. Any decisions you make based on the report are your own responsibility.
All content, methodology, scoring, question design, and report templates that make up the Product are owned by Axiro and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Completing a purchase grants you a licence to use your own report; it does not transfer any ownership in the underlying Product to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axiro will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, or business, arising from your use of the Product or report. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the Product. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. We will update the “Last updated” date above when changes are made.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Macedonia, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
